When I run the cleaner, version 2.14.750, I get a long list of files to clean yet I have not ticked off any of the options of the windows tab. Is this a bug?

Welcome to the forums!!!
That is a new question. It is only a "bug" if you also have everything turned off on the Applications tab, I would think. I never even tried that before.
daveyP.S. I will test that out later. If you get unexpected Analysis then also let us know what OS, edition and vesion that you use.
I use WinXP Pro SP3.
