Lately when I run cleaner I get a message to close Firefox otherwise Cleaner cannot clear Internet cache, The strange thing is this-the program is closed.Why is this happening? I have the newest version of cleaner. Bob

Quick additional note.
Look in "Processes" tab of Task Manager.
Sometimes when Firefox is closed it leaves a process behind, in which case select that process and click "End Process".
