I haven't even bothered looking for an updated version of it since the middle of 2007. With HOSTS files, SpywareBlaster, etc., I think we're covered.
Complexity of incoherent design.

Agreed, Reg Hacks such as IE-SPYAD were never my cup-of-tea.
