I have had a bad hard drive sitting around for about a year and took it to many places and seacrhed the internet to find SOMETHING to recover about 3 years worth of pictures. Everywhere I looked, companies wanted between 129.00 & 499.00 to recover my photos with no promise of success. Then I found Recuva! I figured I'd give it a shot, thinking it would find all my files, then ask for money to recover them. For 6 1/2 hours, this program ran and retrieved everything that was important to me. I was anticipating the "Upgrade Now" screen when I got to the "Recover" part. How deliriously happy I was when the program actually started recovering my information, free of charge!! It took almost 4 hours, but I was patient and lo and behold, Recuva gave me everything! I will forever be grateful for what this program has given me back- my memories. Thank you a thousand times! I can't believe it. It is very user friendly and I will tell everyone about this product!
