when i run CCleaner I get 120 reistry issues which are removed when i scan again they all reappear Ive tried several reg cleaners any ideas

Are you sure they are the exact same entries? Sometimes deleting entries will cause more to become invalid. Try running the issues scan 4-5 times and see if they disappear. If not then reboot after deleting them to see if they have been deleted.

Entries are the same each time even if ran 5-6 times and reboot

What kind of scan are you doing? (Windows, Applications, issues)

Tried reinstall still no joy 99% of entries say more or less the same

It means I put something stupid that I deleted.
Try to remove the entries a a little at a time to see if you can get rid of any of them, instead of clicking fix all.
