I have a video file in a folder which shows 0 size(only the file name, no content).If I click on that folder windows explorer freezes,mostly the entire computer also.I have to forcefully shut down the system.I want to delete this file or the folder which in normal way not possible.Is it possible to clean that file using CCleaner or any other method?

You could try, but my guess is no. I think that CC uses normal Windows delete so there's no magic tricks to help.
