For about two months, maybe, whenver I turn my computer back on after using CCleaner, the date and time is changed. Usually back to January 2003. Anyone have the same issue?

Perhaps you need a new CMOS battery depending upon how old your system is, well actually replacing them every two to three years is a good practice on its own. I've personally never seen anyone mention CCleaner causing issues with their clock.
