What the best way to view/monitor shell extensions?

I use ShellExView
ShellMenuView as well.
The internet - Where men are men, women are men and children are FBI agents.

Neither will get everything. ShellMenuView handles static entries while ExView does COM objects. Depends what you want to do. I need both though.
