i clicked OPTIONS>cookies>run cleaner.
is there any way that i can find out what was deleted ? yes, i realize that i omitted the "cookies to keep" portion - it won't happen again.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

If you click Analyze then right click in the list produced then you can save it as a text file to review what will be deleted.
