No idea, but besure you have the latest DirectX. Check if there are any patches for the game. And be sure you have latest graphics drivers.

Those happen a lot with the game, ignore it and keep playing. (It's what they say on the forums for AA as well.) Check your drivers for your graphics card to be sure they're up-to-date.
