My temp dir and windows temp dir are not in their default locations. CC cleaner does not analyse or clean them probably because it does not know the location. How can I make CC point to the right locations.

My 'Temp' and 'Temporary Internet Files' folders are not located in the Windows default directories as well
(i like to keep them in a separate drive D: ), but CCleaner detect and clean both with no problems.
AFAIK CCleaner should read the locations as set in the System Environment Variables.
(right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Environment Variables)

Typing '%temp%' or '%tmp%' (without quotes) in the Start > Run dialog does open your temp folders?

Note: I'm running XP SP3 though, no idea about Vista.

Include them in the Options/Include list. This option will delete everything in the named folders, so be sure that this is what you want.
