I use a web-based email program and would like to be able to clean/shred certain email messages. Is there a way to do this using CCleaner and, if so, how do I do it? Thanks. Lorraine

Web mail? This is a catch all. When viewing web messages via your browser, each email becomes a temporary internet file. There would be no way to single out one instance of a message.
You can clean temporary internet files in CC under the cleaner section, Windows Tab, Internet Explorer section. (If your using another browser select it under the applications tab).
To securely delete all temporary internet files (and anything else you have checked in CC) goto Options, Settings and choose your level of secure delete.
