Hello,

yesterday I tried CCleaner and today I realised that it deleted the content of many exe files. Now they are all about 38 kb large.

What shall I do now?

Could the Windows System Recovery help?

What exe files? What were they for and where were they located?

I consider my self fairly knowledable when it comes to computers but i have not got the foggiest what you are talking about. Deleting the contents of a .exe file is not possible as far as i am aware and it was definitely not my beloved CCleaner. Maybe provide more details?

Just so a more knowledable person does not  at my comments i may be wrong about the .exe. But not wrong about it was NOT CCleaner :D .

I'm sorry, it wasn't CCleaner, it was the virus W32/Stanit .

Do you know about that virus, antivir says, it's unrepareable.

Go to the below site and do a on-line scan then install Avast anti Virus which is the best free(and then some)anti virus available.
