C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp

AND

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Nice find. You can add these to the inlcuded files/folders list. Those paths arent the same on Vista though. I dont have a temp folder but do have a temp inet folder located here:

I don't even have that Temp folder. I have a Cookies folder which is empty.
Complexity of incoherent design.

Mine was not empty, but the Last Modified date was very old (about 2 years ago).
IMHO are created by the system at the install, or at the login as Administator, then no more used.
I have deleted that content without problems, included the index.dat file, so i guess it was not in use.
