Had CCleaner 2-3 years, not used for a few weeks. Now it's gone, is not in All Programs or Remove/Delete. I have Win XP SP 2. Do i need to find it or just sign up for a new accoumt or ???

Welcome to the forums.
Yes, download and install again as suggested. No need to register again.
There are "bad guy" programs out there that will try to stop CCleaner from installing etc.
I would also suggest doing some security scans.
If you find any malware then I suggest that you follow the instructions at this link.
