c:\Users\xyc\My Documents is not accessible. Access denied.
My Documents file has under security tab shows
Permissions for xyc allow deny
all entries yes blank
special permissions blank blank
That is xyc is not able to access c:\Users\xyc\My Documents
What am I doing wrong!
Need help.

Might be worth posting a Hijackthis log first up just to make sure it's not related to malware?
If not malware related you could have a look at this MS Support Link which may help?
If no joy there then maybe add Take Ownership to the right click menu and see if you can give back permissions to yourself.
Or you could reset the entire reg permissions back to default.Says it's for XP but works fine in Vista.
