Change and Repair buttons for Uninstall section

The uninstallers for some programs offer a Change and/or Repair option. It would be nice if CCleaner's Uninstall section had buttons for this.

I believe it is up to the program's un-install application to offer these functions.

You are correct however I just want CCleaner to offer the buttons like the Windows's Add/Remove does:
