Activated in norton: Anti virus, deleting history internet, deleting temp. int. folders, deleting temp. win. folders

If it still has problems turn off the deleting options that are set in Norton and try again.
Why are you not using the latest CCleaner ?

Yes, I rebooting my PC, I thought that I installed the latest version, however, I already did a cleanup once before, without probs.
Best I take the latest version and deleting that functions in Norton, see you behapst.

No, not yet. First I must to install ± 10 updates, after I go create a network with my desktop.
After all that I go update CC.

Now, what to do to avoid this in the future?
I refer you to this post about Software VERSION checkers and Software Patches or Software Update checkers.

Use both these products at least 1 Time a month or as often as you have the time.
Each one will help you to keep all your software up to date.
No need to check for updates automatically every time you run something, unless it is security related programs and files.
These products are free to everyone and make this task quick and simple.
Quick and simple leaves more time to go out and have some "FUN" in your life.
