CCleaner really wipe files for good

just wondering if CCleaner when something iswiped is it wiped for good?
here people talk about using it and the aded features for secure file deletion
but does it delete acutually or can it still be recover after multiple passses.

Data is irretrievable after one overwrite. Search the forum, it's been discussed many times before.

You can answer your own question. Download Recuva. Delete something with CCleaner. Use Recuva to try recovering it.
