In the Revo Uninstaller "Tools" menu, there's a "Junk Files Cleaner" option. Can you pretty much just delete what that option finds?

I'm surprised they don't do a Discovery channel/Modern Marvels documentary on that beast.

Correct me if I'm wrong Tom, but after scanning are the vast majority of files thumbs.db.
Last time I scanned I had 452 files at 58mb and 99% were thumbs.db. If you delete them, you'll find windows explorer loads a lot slower without these files, and unless you select "don't cache thumbnails" in Tools\Folder Options\View, then windows will eventually recreate most of them.
Personally, I leave them alone.
