Welcome broocboy
What is the operating system and Service Pack level?
What is the CPU type and speed?
How much RAM?
What is the hard disk size?
What anti virus application are you using?
What applications do you have installed?
Any other information that you might think that would be helpful

Also, How much space does CCleaner say it's removed.
Because you have too much on your drive that isn't defined as "CRAP" by CCleaner (i.e. programs, Documents etc)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
