If using IE, it's better to set 'Internet' zone to "High", and then allow "full power" to trusted sites by using 'Trusted sites' zone.

I have been doing that ever since that information became available ages ago but then I read news server news.grc.com news group grc.securitynow with OE about as regularly as Piriform forum :)
