I'm from Argentina, so my english is not so good, but i'll do my best.
After installing CCleaner, i analized my windows settings with the "advanced menu", the one that includes cache and other things and after i reboot my pc, the quicklaunch bar, which is besides the Start botton, dissapeared. Can anyone help me to put it back?, i tried with bar properties, and when i enable the quick bar, it appears, but after rebooting is the same thing. I suppose it's becase CCleaner deleted something called "Cache de disposicion de menu" something like personalized menu cache, can anyone give me a hand?
I expect someone could understand me, thanks to everybody.

Right click the Toolbar > Properties > place a check by Show Quick Launch.
