Just the other day, a message from avast popped up that says this:

It only popped up once and after I rebooted, it didn't show up again. This was the first time this had popped up, ever. I wasn't sure if it's an infection or how serious it is, so I did what it recommended to do and click on the ignore box. Should I keep those files or should I delete them?
Suspicious files found from avast.
