CCleaner is showing these two entries in Tools > Startup:

CCleaner.exe
uninst.exe

They have this key: "Startup User"

They are not in my msconfig. Disabling or deleting the entries messes up the program. The uninst.exe is the uninstall file for CCleaner. After I delete it's entry, add/remove programs in control panel says "the program was already uninstalled ... remove from list"

After a reinstall of CCleaner, the entries are back in tools > startup.

I am running Windows Vista SP1 32-bit.

Do you have 'run CCleaner at startup' ticked in options, setting?
