I get the following message at random times on my PC, does anyone know what it's caused by?

I should mention that I just started seeing this message after I installed HP Photosmart all in one C720 series printer. Not immediately after but a day later. Don't know if the two are connected but I'd like to fix what ever problem is causing that message to continuously appear. :)

Have you downloaded the latest drivers from HP for that type of printer?

I have downloaded the most recent drivers and I also have the driver dectective software and it does not indicate that the drivers are out of date either. I actually got the drivers directly from the HP website to ensure they were the most up to date.
