Write winapp winreg winsys ini files

I think I'd like to have a command line option to write out the embedded ini files.

That way I don't have to find the corresponding versions on the web site each time there's a new version released.

That's a nice idea. I recommend ResHack, which can open EXEs and edit/export resources.
