I got a new laptop today and I deleted a bunch of unnecessary startup programs. I then realized that you could disable startup programs instead of deleting them. I was wondering if there was a way to restore the programs that I deleted. Thank

Hi QTIP,
If you used CCleaner Tools > Startup like I think you did then those entries are gone as far as I know.
You have not deleted any programs just the entries to start them at start-up.
You may be able to just do a system restore and get your Registry back to where it was.
Let us know.

I'm sorry. I did not clerify myself. I realize that I didn't delete the program I was just wondering if there was a list or something that CCleaner saves of the entries I deleted or if there was a way I could get them back.

If they don't show in the listing then they have been deleted from the Registry.CCleaner does not back-up Deleted start-up entries.
A system restore would be the quickest way and surest way to restore them.

Restore a Windows XP system to a previous State using System Restore

Windows Vista, System Restore

You could always try re-installing over the top of your programs, which might restore the entries and them you can disable them at startup
