S.O.S.!!
I Unistalled ULTRA ISO software, but when I right click on any folder or file I have option for ultra iso. I found in program files/ultyraiso/isoshell.dll file that I could not remove even in safe mode. Can CCleaner remove this?

Will that totally remove Ultra iso file (isoshell.dll) or just fix right click menu?

Try using Unlocker to remove that file, if it does your context error may also go.

If Unlocker works for you, reboot and look at your right-click options.
