One thing I love about FireFox is the ability to skin it with themes. Presently, I am part of the staff of DustBot, an IRC bot on SwiftIRC. (www.DustBot.net)

We recently re-vamped the whole website and added a "Downloads" section. The site Admin, Dust, Posted a Playstation 3 theme(which I have no knowledge of, I don't own a ps3) and it got me thinking- I'm not bad with digital imaging (okay, I am :P) and I wanted to make a FireFox theme for DustBot users. I was just wondering if I should write my own base or use a base from an existing theme and re-design everything? Any input is appreciated :P.

p.s I already started with the base from Aquatint Black, but I'm willing to write my own if its suggested :S

Edit- fixed a couple of grammar mistakes, what was I thinking when I wrote this? O_o

It is like someone saying "I feel unwell and had Syrup of Figs last night"
and passerby saying "Use some drain cleaner and you will feel different tomorrow"

I think it'd be best to contact Mozilla before doing something like that, just for a heads up. If not Mozilla at least maybe the folks at Mozillazine can help you.
