After cleaning with CCleaner the registration key is removed from Unreal tournament 3! This is a common phenomena amongst other players of UT3 and users of CCleaner. While we are trying to find the location of the key I thought maybe some one here might have further insight into this issue...

Saw you on the forum tonight.
The only thing I could guess is the key maybe encrypted and kept in Macromedia/Adobe files.Try turning off the cleaning of Adobe Flash Player at Cleaner > Applications tab > Multimedia > Adobe Flash Player.
You might also save any "cookies" related to that game.
