Actually it's a pretty decent list.
The fact that the page loads inside a frame is a little creepy. The source code for the frame is totally awful. On the outside, the site seems great. The underlying code, however, is totally nasty. It looks like a small site (the biggest part being the animated avast! spinner) but it loads like death, like it's 500 KB or something. It has a few HTML 4.01 Frameset errors, and would load in half a second if it were done with CSS.
