There is someone on Neowin forums and in a few other forums by the name of hayc59 promoting CCleaner.

hayc59 is an entirely different tag than "G", which was used on the forum I quoted.
Interesting though, whoever posted on the one that you quoted was clued up.

The first post says "I am currently processing the differant translations and fixing minor bugs". Either thats Mr.G or someone who helps him program CCleaner which I think he does alone.
