Allow exporting of configuration settings

The ability to export/import configuration settings like the "cookies" list would really make life easier especially when you format your machine.

Welcome Azad.

Copy CCleaner.ini in C:\Program Files\CCleaner to a Flash drive or floppy to install on a newly formated system after you have installed CCleaner.
