I have XP Pro Edition, Service Pack 2. When I run CCleaner, I get file download security warning on all my links in IE7 favorites folders -- save or run file. None of my favorites will open. A system restore solves the problem, until the next time I run CCleaner. Is this a permissions issue or what?
Is there a fix?
