Will the Registry file be auto stored in the recovery or do I need to even bother with the cleaning of the Registry
file? So far I cleaned it but do not know if cleaning it means it will wipe windows from not working. Thanks & Gos bless you all + the people who made this program & how it is free so people like me [low income] can use it!

If you do a registry clean (issues) you are offered the choice of saving a backup of the registry entries. These are saved by default in ''my documents''

If you needed to restore a backup you would either double click on it or right-click and choose merge.

For a bit more information on using CCleaner have a read here.
