Thats a bad idea because Defraggler won't run on Win98SE. The user has an option to install what ever they think they need.

Also updates for the three programs are not released at the same time so when would the one program get updated, whenever there is an update or when everything has an update? Besides, it would have to wait a bit anyway, as Defraggler is still a beta at the moment.
