Should I check all the boxes? If not ... why not?

The advanced tabs are the ones to leave unchecked until you are a bit more confident using the program and understanding what it cleans there.

I check them all above advanced, apart from autocomplete form history in Internet Explorer.

Having said that I use Opera at the moment.
