Since CCleaner cleans about everything well, I have two suggestions to add to future CCleaner releases:
1- Clean the content of Index.dat which resides in Temporary Internet Files folder
2- Allow users to automatically run (unattended) CCleaner at scheduled times, or provide command line script to run CCleaner from Scheduled Tasks.
keep up the good work.

Hi Shequre,
The index.dat file is marked for deletion at next boot. However since it is necessary Windows makes a new one.
Check out the Guide for Command-line Parameters and answers to some other things.

Good luck,

This comes in handy for many users also.
P.S. Andavari's CCleaner_Auto_Shutdown.zip

Allows CCleaner to auto clean, then shutdown Windows. This is an often requested feature for CCleaner!
