Hi all,

I have been using this program for a few months now and I believe
it makes a nice difference in how my system runs.

I do have a question:

I upgraded MIE recently to the latest version and then,
about the same time - I noticed a few changes in my
files. Cookies folder missing (found out the upgrade
moved it, etc).

I also notice that now on my desktop, there are 4 files
that are foreign to me that were not there before.
I am leary of doing any maintenance on my system
until I find out what these files are?

Here they are:
DLL16.DLL
DLL32.DLL
FreePC.rtf
file_id.diz

Anyone know what they are, if they should be there
(on my desktop, which seems strange to me)
and if I can move them, if it safe to fun the cleaner,
etc, etc

Any advice welcome!

Thanks!

Pat

Have you tried the program Restoration?

I ask because if you look half way down this page on the right hand side where it says Bitdefender report, that is what it shows as being inside the restoration .zip file

http://www.download3...estoration.html
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND HERE
