Hi, I don't know what happened. I change nothing in the option of CCleaner even all things are checked and now my recent items are not deleted. do you know why ?

We had a similar question the other day. CCleaner - Recent docs not deleting.

On my older version at work 1.17.094 where I don't want my recent files deleting it does delete them.

P.S. I asked the IT techs to update mine to the latest version.

In any case a standard user should not be able to run this software as it accesses the registry which standard user accounts do not have the permissions to do.

The newer versions do delete the recent files if ticked and they don't if they are not ticked.
