i use spybot search and destroy to scan my computer for viruses and such. whenever i start the scan this message pops up with the title 'Windows - No Disk':

"Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

theres a symbol on it which is a red circle with a white "X" in the middle. it gives me the options of "cancel" "try again" and "continue". no matter which one i choose, it repeatedly pops up over and over and over again. unless i click one of the options, the scan wont continue. the scan will usually go 5-10 seconds without this message popping up. the longest it will go without it is 15-20 seconds. sometimes the message will pop up back to back for a while. is it a virus or a system error? how do i make it stop?
