Have been usinbg CCleaner for a few days, I do I have the freeware overlook the sign in info for sites I go to regularly?

I assume your talking about losing auto sign in details and settings.
Go to Options > Cookies before running CCleaner, and look for cookies from the sites you are talking about, in the "cookies to delete" column.. Move them across to the right hand side "cookies to keep".
If that doesn't do the trick, they may be Flash Cookies. In CCleaner, go to Options > Exclude > Add Folder.
Navigate to the following folders, and if there are folders inside belonging to the sites you visit, add them to the "Files and Folders to Exclude" Window.
C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys
C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\TC6R3XQX
