hotfix uninstallers

what exactly are hot fix uninstallers? the help guide doesn't really explain them and i have a lot of them. it says you won't be able to uninstall windows updates? i'm a little confused.

EDIT: never mind. i got my answers by searching on the forum. srry for the uneeded post.

Hi Fazio,
Good to see members searching the forum.
Every Hot Fix comes with an Uninstall program.That way users can run it if things don't work correctly after applying the Hot Fix .I normally keep this option unchecked until it gets near the next MS "Patch Tueday".Then I will turn it back on to clean out last months Hot Fix uninstaller programs.
I turn it back off and do it again next month.
If you are not in a bind for disk space,you can just leave them alone.
If you do delete them,you will no longer see them listed in Add/Remove Programs.
