If I unstall and reinstall in runs once. I get this with Recuva and CCleaner. I have not yet run Defraggler

EDIT Don't forget good computer habits. Always IMMEDIATELY REBOOT after installing new software.

I Recommend you install AVG Free,REBOOT ,run it and check for updates then run a scan .
Use it is an excellent anti-virus. You can check out others later.Do it ,even if you don't find a virus with the on-line scanners.

You may want to try the Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime Files installation first, as it's less involved than installing all the stuff listed above which has software requirements of their own like Windows Installer, etc., and hopefully it works.
