Daily caffeine 'protects brain'

Coffee may cut the risk of dementia by blocking the damage cholesterol can inflict on the body, research suggests.

The drink has already been linked to a lower risk of Alzheimer's Disease, and a study by a US team for the Journal of Neuroinflammation may explain why.

No problem here.I drink gallons of it every day(night) with Hazelnut creamer and sugar.
At bedtime you just put them in their nice little bathtub.Wake up and they are ready to go.

I brush at least twice daily with Sensodyne PRONAMEL and sometimes with Crest whitening if I do see a bit of brown happening.
