If this is the wrong place to post, PLEASE point me in the right direction. I'm following the instructions for the steps to submit all the logs leading up to Hijack This.

I am at the AVG 7.5 build 519 Attention! box. It sees another antivirus/security product runnning and wants me to uninstall it (Trend Micro Internet Security, I assume). My computer protects other wireless connections and I'm not comfortable leaving us all working online with our security shut down. Is it necessary?

Stalled while I wait -- I work from this computer, so I really appreciate your help, as I'm sure everyone does...

I guess I assumed that I would not need to delete my software program when I followed Step 1B:

"Step 1B is for the following categories of people: -You have an antivirus program that is under license and that you like."
