For anyone interested this is not the pro but kind of an in the middle version. It says it can auto update and schedual scans.
So if you like adaware and have the free version this might be worth the switch.

My introduction into adware removal was the first release of Ad-Aware ages ago back in 2000 I believe and it really help to clean up my then infested system.

Now I find that all it does is find a few tracking cookies that I want to keep and to nag me into purchasing the Pro version.

That same here at the recommendation of Gibson Research Corp back when adware/spyware was "new." Unfortunately the way Ad-Aware is now I can't stand it, let alone use it because the past two times I tried it all it could do was randomly crash when attempting to update.
Complexity of incoherent design.

I guess I wasn't paying attention when I posted this.
I checked the site and didnt notice a pay link on there before. I thought this was kind of like spyware doctors starter edition or something.(still limited but free updates).

Oh well, use superantispyware anyway. :P
