Good morning, When I didn't hear right back from you, I realized that sumthin was up, so I searched around the forums and discovered your malware removal guide...thank you for that. Anyway, 8 viruses, and I don't remember how much other stuff was jamming me up. I think I removed most everything. I am now up to installing AVG, it keeps telling me I have another antivirus on my machine, and that I should remove it first. I was running CA but deleted it. Could it be the Avira program? Hello, No, I knew that it was not personal (but thank you), I think AVG free is what I'd like to use, it is the only program that seems to have not given me problems. My compter keeps ctrashing, and when I scanned with Kaspersy, it looks like some issues from last year (I got help here, see other posts), particularly a nasty which is somewhere marked from a very old e-bay email, is showing up again. Actually, I had thought ebay stole an entire msn email file, labeled "ebay". This happened about a year ago. Still never found it. I ahve various scan copies. Which one would you like to see? Uninstall Avira if you haven't already, anything Norton/Symantec, anything CA, then reboot. For Norton leftovers : The Norton uninstall tool uninstalls ALL Norton 2004/2005/2006/2007/2008 products from your computer. Uninstall Avira if you haven't already, anything Norton/Symantec, anything CA, then reboot. For Norton leftovers : The Norton uninstall tool uninstalls ALL Norton 2004/2005/2006/2007/2008 products from your computer. Everything SEEMED to be running properly, until the other day, when I inadvertanly opened an email from BlueMountain Cards, telling me someone sent me a card (not an unusual occurance). Well, apparently, I got hijacked again (sigh), and it has gotten into my ebay and paypal accounts. From what ebay told me, i have to cjhange all of my passwords. But that does not take care of the problem....I have run AVG 3 times, and the trojan is still coming up as being here. Any suggestions? Thank you again in advance. I am now going to do a new hijack this scan (as follows):

I researched, and this trojan worm or whatever it is came from a bluemountain spoof email. I was dumb enough to open it, I have received cards from friends in the past. How do I get rid of it????
