Do files like these:

C:\WINDOWS\KB886185.log 11.24KB

which were found when running the clean-up scanner, have anything to do with windows updates?
I wouldn't think so but I want to be sure before uninstalling. Thanks in advance.

KB*.log files are from Windows Updates. They can safely be removed via CCleaner without any ill effects.
Complexity of incoherent design.

Okay but why do these log files exist if they're not in direct link with the update specified in the file name?
I appreciate the response but I'd like to know and understand whatever else you could briefly explain.

Much thanks
